    Eastern Chamber organizes Women Economic Forum 2014 "Building the future .. women vision" next April
    AlRashid: Works on strengthening the economic role of women and the removal of obstacles




    The East Chamber organizes the fourth edition of the women's economic forum in 2014 under the theme" building the future", with the vision of seeing women in preparations for the event, set for Wednesday and Thursday  9 and 10 April under the patronage of Princess consort Prince Abeer Bint Faisal. The Chamber will discuss and formulate plans of organization that will determine the course of action before and during the event that hosts a number of influential figures in the world economy in the Gulf and the Arab world.
    The Chamber's Chairman Abdulrahman Al Rashed said the Forum is among the activities and events organized by the Chamber and in concern for women entrepreneurs to develop their performance and improve women's economic work. AlRashid stressed that the Forum is an extension of what has been achieved in past versions organized by the Chamber during previous years that saw significant participation of elite and community interaction of participants and attendees with massive presence Forum of women entrepreneurs and many topics were discussed and a number of important recommendations. The Forum will feature the participation of women in the Arab world they will set up as absolute master of light on the many issues that contribute to the economic empowerment of women highlighting the importance of their presence in economic decision-making, women-focused and confident steps towards the future.

    The Forum will also work on strengthening women's economic role and needs of women in business and ways of removing the obstacles facing women in support of the overall development process and the participation of women in economic life with a view to more effective performance of women as partners in development from his letter that aims to highlight the challenges facing the development of women's economic role in the region and examine the opportunities and potential for contribution by investors and entrepreneurs in the eastern area in the development process and mechanisms of this development and its different areas. The East Chamber organized 3 copies of the 2011 Forum, held under the theme ' towards the economic empowerment of women ', which saw the Prince of Eastern region sponsor and participation was led by AlSheikha Dr. Saad Sabah President of Council of Arab businesswomen, Bahiya Hariri and parliamentary Shaikha Mai Al Khalifa, Bahrain's Minister of culture.
